  Notes Connie is a long time member of the AAF sewing family. For this coat, Connie chose a vibrant red-orange wool/cashmere blend; the poly twill lining shows a field of poppies on a Mikado-like fabric. She also swapped out her Burda sleeve pattern for a Vogue pattern that has an interesting dart feature. A unique button added to the elegant collar is the perfect finishing touch. Connie is famous at AAF for her calm and precise sewing and the thought that goes into her choices. This coat–warm in tone and weight–is another great Connie project.
