  Notes Lily recently completed her first project at Apple Annie Fabrics and showed excellent taste in choosing just the right fabric for her skirt. The inverted pleats are stitched together at the waist and then left to open softly toward the hem. Ties are sewn to the waistband at the side seams and then tied in the center front. Lily's work reflects her modern, youthful vibe.
